Body Burn Workout is Maria’s own creation, devised after many years of Tae- Bo and Pilates practise mixed with various exercises created and discovered by her own experimentation into the best way of getting muscle into shape and dissolving fat in the key target areas of stomach, thighs and hips, her new routine is set to upbeat music in a dynamic atmosphere created by her diligent attention to detail and professional coaching skills.
